If you can't tell the difference between 184 HP and 300 HP, you're not paying attention or the 335i is broken. That's a 63% increase in power. That said, handling-wise, the 325i does have a weight advantage, so similarly equipped a 325i may beat a 335i in handling. And 184 HP, while "low" by recent standards, is still nothing to scoff at. Alpina D3 (E90) The D3 is the diesel powered variant of the B3. It is based on the 320d but utilises a modified version of the N47 inline-4 diesel engine as found on the 123d.
