There seem to be two possibilities -. the vapouriser nozzle /glowplug, has blocked /failed. the hoses for the Pressure Differential switch are perforated /split. I checked for the pressure differential readings and they seemed to be either 0.0 or 0.1 at idle and as the revs rose gently.
I'm having a heap of issues, notably low power in low revs and failure to start after filling up with petrol. The only thing I can think of is the purge valve is stuck on, not closing fully, or has a leak (most likely).
I've used forscan each time to reset the dpf and differential pressure sensor but to no avail. Tonight I put an amp meter on the pressure sensor ( with ignition on, engine not running) and I'm getting 5V from the two outer wires. I can't find a diagram from this anywhere and wondering if anyone knows if these readings are correct.

This morning on the way to work the truck had its first regen cycle. After a 2 hour stop, restarted the truck, and got the check engine light. The DPF pressure sensor code was set. Upon inspecting my DPF pressure sensor it has a hole clean through it. EGTs never got above 1200F during the regen.
